IMPORTANT – PLAYER MOVEMENT
At Halifax CITY Soccer Club players at all levels and age groups are placed on the team that most closely matches their current abilities.  At the same time coaches understand that players develop at different rates.  
 
There may be occasions where a U14 T1-“Development” (Hernandez) player is invited to play at a higher competitive level.  Likewise there will be instances when players from lower competitive levels or age groups are invited to train and play with the U14 T1-“Development” (Hernandez) squad. 
 
Player movement is a reflection of player development that depends on many factors including ability, commitment, training habits, etc.  Ultimately any player movement between teams is decided by CITY’s technical director, Ken Wharton.
