Provincial Results !!! City Scores Gold !
2010-09-13Halifax City has had a very successful Provincial Weekend. Thank you to all coaches, players and parents for representing your team and Club well through the season, Champions Challange, Hunt for Gold and Provincials...the results are as follows,
U12T2b Boys - coach Rajaraman - Provincial Silver
U14T2a Boys - coach Craig - Provincial Silver
U14T2a Girls - coach McLaughlin - Provincial Bronze
U14T1 Boys - coach Otmar - Provincial Bronze
U16T1 Boys - coach Kennedy - Provincial Bronze
U18T2 Girls - coach Wicha - Provincial 4th place
U16T2 Boys and Senior Provincials yet to be played, good luck to all our teams.
Congratulations to our U12T2b - Coach Rajaraman, U14T2b - Coach Woodman for their gold medal performance in the CISL Champions Challange. Also, Senior B Provincials crowned our own Celtic Explosion Women and Celtic Metro men as Champions.. . .
At the U14T1 Developmental Division Championships of the NSSL our U13T1 Boys - Coach Beazley won silver
Silver Medal went to the U14T2a Girls - Coach McLaughlin and Silver Medal to Sandy Falconer U16T2b Girls at the CISL Champions Challange. Great Job !!
Medals went to our U12T2 8 aside boys team - Coach Salloum as they captured Silver at the Hunt for Gold and 2nd in the league of 19 teams. Our U10 Boys teams, both Hadley and Bartolacci made the bronze medal match in their respective divisions, with the Hadley U10's taking bronze. Congrats to all.
U18T2a Girls made the Bronze Medal match in the Nova Scotia Provincials, placing forth.
