will play the Halifax teams with the second highest points of each gender.
At U12, U14 and U16 the Halifax team with the most points as of Friday
August 21, 2009 will play the Halifax team with the second highest points in
each age group of each gender.
It is a single game elimination final.
In the event there has been an uneven number of games played, the points
will be proportionately calculated.
Points will be determined by information that is available from the CISL on
the dates below:
In the U18 Division- Friday morning, August 21th, 2009
Clubs will be notified at or about noon.
In the U12, U14 and U16 Divisions Friday morning, August 21 , 2009.
Clubs will be notified at or about noon.
As we will be using the CISL results to determine the teams, it is very
important that you follow these suggested guidelines:
Insure that all of your game sheets are submitted to the CISL. Even if your
team is not responsible for sending in the sheets, we expect teams to
report all games in the spirit of good sportsmanship. We will not be
asking the CISL staff to dig up old game results . This is your
responsibility.
Regularly check the CISL Website to insure that results are accurate for
your team. Their website is www.cislns.ca We WILL NOT entertain last
minute fix-ups.
We expect you to promptly report all games played before our cut-off
dates. Once we declare the teams playing in the playdowns, the decision
is final.
Endeavor to get ALL of your games played before the deadlines. This
includes any rain-outs or cancellations. It is in your best interest to cooperate
with them. We would also suggest that you arrange any of these
re-scheduled games throughout the season rather than saving them up
until the end of the summer as we will NOT be including any games
played after the two declaration dates based on the CISL stats.
