All teams must bring to the pitch a copy of their 2009 approved roster and must have their
player picture ID cards available at the field for inspection. Players who are in attendance
but not appearing on the approved roster, and those for whom a picture ID is not available,
will not be permitted to enter into the game. Clubs will assign field marshals to all playoff
games. It is their responsibility to check the IDs and rosters of competing teams.
In accordance with the SNS rules of provincial competitions, no call ups will be permitted
in the playdown games.
It is essential that all games start on time. Delays in starting a game will result in that
game being shortened to compensate for the late start. The game times for these play off
games are as follows:
Under 12 - 2 thirty (30) minute halves, with 5 minute break
Under 14 - 2 forty (40) minute halves, with 5 minute break
Under 16 - 2 forty (40) minute halves with 5 minute break
Under 18 - 2 forty-five (45) minute halves, with 5 minute break
The game sheet must be completed, signed and submitted to the field marshal prior to
verification of the players. The player ID cards should be supplied to the field marshal
when your game sheet has been completed. The field marshal must call-in the game result
within two hours of the game completion to: Mike Maddalena @ 477 -5720.
Each team is responsible to pay 50% of the referee fees, so please have the correct change
for your share. This will be provided to the field marshal when you submit your game sheet
and ID cards. We pay the CISL rates for that age group of your team.
Each team must supply a good game ball.
Please remind your teams that for safety reasons only multi-studded approved soccer boots
will be permitted, players must wear shin-guards, and no jewellery.
All teams should bring two sets of jerseys. In the event of a potential color clash, the
AWAY team is responsible to change its color. First place team in the schedule is
home= team
Finally, all discipline matters (RED/YELLOW CARDS), DO NOT carry over into these
play offs.
Any appeals from the playoff competition should be addressed to the HDSA President in
accordance with Rules and Regulations #8.
