General Manager Appointed

Dear Halifax City Soccer Club Members,
Halifax City Soccer is pleased to announce the appointment of Meggie Spicer as our new General Manager.
Meggie brings a wealth of soccer knowledge and experience as an administrator, coach, and player. She is graduating with her Masters of Sport and Recreation degree from UNB this Fall, and holds a Bachelor of Recreation and Sports Studies.
An Academic All-Canadian player with UNB Varrsity Reds from 2011-2016, Meggie is also one of our own, having played for Halifax City Senior Women's team from 2013-2016.
Meggie has her provincial Soccer C coaching license, and has worked for City Soccer as both a technical staff instructor and in the office during previous summers, as well as being an instructor and coach at the UNB winter soccer programs 2012-2016. Having worked as Program Coordinator and League Manager in NB, she looks forward to the challenge and opportunity of helping us provide an excellent soccer experience for all of our mini, youth, and senior players.
Meggie will join us on July 17, 2017.
