2017-07-05Dear Halifax City Soccer Club Members,
I want to let you know that Cathy Hope, our General Manager, has accepted a new position outside of amateur sport, where she will put her considerable talents to good use. While we are sad to see Cathy leave the Club, this is a wonderful opportunity for her.
On behalf of the Board of Directors and our members please join me in thanking Cathy for the integral role she has played with Halifax City over the past two years, and her commitment and dedication to our players, young and old. I wish her great success as she embarks on this exciting next chapter. Cathy's last day with us will be July 21, 2017.
Within the next three weeks, Cathy will be focused on ensuring that the Club is well positioned and organized for the Fall as we transition to a new General Manager and continue our search for the new Technical Director. We will have some news to share tomorrow in a separate email.
Thank you for your patience as we navigate this time of change for Halifax City Soccer.
