CITY player brings home Golden Boot from Nationals

Cian Tousignant Osaidhail finishes as the tournament Top Scorer with 9 goals.
Halifax City U16 boys returned home from Surrey, BC today after competing against the best teams in the country at the Canadian National Cahmpionships.
After tough defeats to Calgary Foothills (AB) and eventual champions Surrey United (BC) in their opening two games, the City boys turned their tournament around. A 3-2 victory over Feildians (NL) and an emphatic 14-0 victory over Eastern Eagles (PEI) saw CITY play for 5th place where we defeated Winnipeg Phoenix (MB) 3-1 to finish the tournament with three succesive wins.
Highlights of the trip saw City finish as the highest scoring team as well as the only team to score vs champions Surrey United. Finally, Cian Tousignant-Osaidhail was crowned Top Scorer with 9 goals in 5 games.
